The Town of Charlestown is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide construction services for maintenance dredging in Ninigret Pond, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") and the Town's General Condition of Purchase. Submit any questions regarding this RFP in writing to dredge_rfp@charlestownri.gov by July 22, 2022. Questions and answers to all written questions received will be posted on the Town Website by July 26, 2022 The initial contract period will begin approximately November 15, 2022 through February 26, 2023. This is a Request for Proposals, not a Request for Quotes. Responses will be evaluated on the basis of the relative merits of the proposal, in addition to cost.
