Renovation of an educational facility in Mount Pleasant, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
North Sanpete School District is requesting proposals for the revisions and installation of the Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems at the Pleasant Creek School. Install, revise and demo all Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical systems with associated system components to fully allow separation of buildings for operation. Mechanical: Provide, install and commission a new complete boiler and mechanical system. Separation from the old boiler system, piping connections from new boiler to existing equipment. Installation and gas piping revisions. Plumbing: Provide and install materials and equipment for plumbing system separations including domestic hot water, cold water and circulation water supply's. Supply and installation of piping to water heater and circulation pumps. Provide and install new stand alone domestic hot water heater. Provide and install waste, drain and vent piping. Electrical: Provide, install all equipment panels, conduits, breakers and wiring for building separation. Identify, terminate and install all key components, wiring and circuits for building separation. Bidding contractor to provide a 5% payment and performance bond.
