The North Sanpete School District is accepting bids for the following: Asphalt additions and replacement work for multiple school district locations including (2) elementary schools, (1) high school parking and new tennis court parking lot . *Refer to supplied maps and drawings for specific locations of work sites on properties North Sanpete High School - 390 E 700 S Mt. Pleasant Tennis court parking lot (approx. 200 E 800 S) South side parking lot extension Moroni Elementary - 98 N 200 W Moroni South parking lot revisions Fairview Elementary - 651 E 150 N Fairview West walking pathway - Excavation and site work to be included in proposal (with exception of tennis courts-excavation provided by excavation contractor) -All sites having an excess of materials, vegetation and waste must be removed off school site - Asphalt to meet minimum of 3" thickness All subgrade base material to be compaction minimum thickness of 8" All parking lots painted with standard parking stalls, including ADA where necessary. -Jobsites to be cleaned up, free of debris and disposed of by contractor at completion of job Any asphalt overage shall not be left on school property unless otherwise instructed. Minimum 12-month warranty on materials and labor. -Contractors are responsible to measure all areas for bid estimation. The North Sanpete School District Reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. All decisions are final.
