This project involves installation of dry wells, removing and replacing 2 sections of gutter, and replacing one concrete cross gutter. Pulverizing, grading, compacting existing roadway surface and applying a double chip seal surface The last day to submit questions about the BID, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and DRAWINGS will be July 18th 2023 at 12: PM An addendum may be published thereafter to make clarifications to the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and DRAWINGS as required. BOND have been executed and approved, after which it will be returned. A certified check may be used in lieu of a BID BOND. A PERFORMANCE BOND and a PAYMENT BOND, each in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT PRICE, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. As of August 31, 2023, the project was awarded to Staker Parson-Hales Sand and Gravel, with an awarded amount of $267,885.50
