This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, and liability insurance to perform the project. The work includes the following: The mowing, trimming, collecting and disposal of the grass. This will be located in four areas by the city office. The area is 1.67 acres total, or 73,000 square feet. Height can vary according to the weather. Mowing frequency mostly once a week. Mowing times to be according to City schedule. This contract period from May 16, 2022 to October 31, 2022 with a possibility of renewal for 5 years and Notice to Proceed to the next year. All written bids shall be legible. Shall have contact information, experience, at least 3 references, and price per weekly cutting, and price for secondary cut request. City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept any bid, or portion thereof, which, in their opinion, is most advantageous to the City.
