The successful bidder may be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds. Each bidder shall require a certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Section 202 of Executive order No 11246. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
