Renovation of a fire / police facility in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received. Other factors include, as an example but not limited to, delivery time, conformance to specifications, incidental costs such as demurrage and deposits. If the lowest Kalamazoo County bidder chooses not to match the lowest bid, the next lowest responsive Kalamazoo County bidder whose bid falls within 2% of the lowest bid, is given the opportunity to match the lowest responsive bid. Upon completion of all work and request for final payment, the Contractor shall furnish a 100% waiver of lien from each supplier and sub-contractor covering all items of the work.
