Site work for a mixed-use development in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Installing 32 ADA Ramps. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from the Charter Township of Kalamazoo. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to the Charter Township of Kalamazoo in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of Sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be completed by October 1, 2022.
