Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Dickson, Tennessee. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
No Bids were received. Project may rebid at a future date. The City of Dickson will be accepting sealed bids for a roofing project on the Rotary Pavilion. The Rotary Pavilion is located in J. Dan Buckner Park 135 Upper lake Dr. Dickson, TN 37055. Bids shall include all materials and labor to: 1. Remove and Install 26 gauge 5V Painted Metal roofing Panels (40 year color warranty) Forrest Green 2. Remove and replace the metal Fascia 8" 3. Remove and replace all ridge cap 4. Remove and replace all drip edge 5. Supply and install any trim, flashing, water barrier needed for proper installation as recommended by manufacturer. 6. Supply and install 1"x 4" treated lathing 7. Remove and replace two wood attic vents on gable ends 8. Remove and replace all other metal trim related to the project. Bidders are responsible for removal and disposal of all materials. All bidders must be licensed and insured as required by the state of Tennessee.
