Dickson Housing Authority is requesting the following pressure washing services for its Evans Heights Development. There are thirty residential buildings, an administrative building, maintenance building and community building at this site. Soft washing of all vinyl siding, soffit, trim, gutter whitening and downspouts. Pressure cleaning of all the brick, sidewalks, curbs, parking curbs, front and back porches, concrete pads, concrete splash blocks, attached storage sheds, awnings, steps, crawlspace brick/concrete structures. Community Building HVAC enclosures and retaining wall. Front entrance sign cleaned Water meter access panel cleaned No-pressure roof cleaning for all residential buildings, maintenance and administrative building. Residential and administrative buildings have metal shingle roofs. Contractor must provide proof of liability and workers compensation insurance within five days of bid acceptance. Dickson Housing Authority must be named as additional insured. Contractor must provide three work related references
