Scope of Work Overview: Bidder must be able to provide all management, labor, subcontractors, equipment, and miscellaneous materials for site improvements, excavation for new foundation, installation of new utilities and connections to new buildings. The contract time is anticipated to be 179 (One Hundred Seventy-Nine) consecutive calendar days. This Project is being let in accordance with the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act Prequalification of Bidders: As a condition of bidding for this Project, and in accordance with California Public Contract Code section 20111.5, prospective Bidders are required to submit to the District a completed set of prequalification documents on forms provided by the District. The successful Bidder must possess a valid and active State of California Class "B" License at the time of Bid and throughout the duration of this Contract. Subcontractors shall be licensed pursuant to California law for the trades necessary to perform the Work called for in the Bid documents. All Bidders and their subcontractors must be registered and approved by the State of California Department of Industrial Relations in order to bid on this project.
