This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the "Town") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Tree Clearing Services, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The successful Contractor will be responsible for providing a variety of arboricultural services to the Town as needed, and as directed. Trees may vary in size and the work may vary in scope, intensity, and difficulty. Trees that have been serviced may require stump removal. Sites may include heavy traffic areas and/or areas that would necessitate an aerial device (e.g. crane). When providing services, the successful Contractor is responsible for the set-up, maintenance, operation, and breakdown of all necessary traffic control devices.
