Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Decorah, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
Contractor to provide all equipment, materials and supplies necessary to remove existing shingles down to sheathing and replace with new shingles, flashing and vents, including off-site disposal of any demolition materials removed at the Decorah DOT Maintenance 600 ton Salt Storage Building. All materials must meet or exceed specifications provided as well as all accessories and other materials needed to complete the installation per plans and specifications in this solicitation. Work to be performed during regular working hours Monday - Friday coordinating with site staff for storage and parking. This proposal and project period is aggressive to repair as quickly as possible Question Cutoff Date: 5/5/2022 07:00 PM (ET) This is project is exempt from state sales tax.
