Site work for a water / sewer project in Seagraves, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project entails installation of five emergency back-up generators at various locations throughout the city to provide back-up power to vital water and sewer resources for the City of Seagraves. It is anticipated that the award of contract will be made at the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting at on at City Hall, 309 Hill Street, Seagraves, Texas, 79359. Each bidder will be required to submit with his bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total of the bid submitted, made payable to the City of Seagraves, Texas, as a guarantee that bidder will enter into contract and execute bond and guaranty in the forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract. Bids without the required check or bid bond will not be considered The City of Seagraves is an equal opportunity employer. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive all technicalities and to accept the proposals they deem to be in their best interest.
