Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Seagraves, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The proposed project work consists of the following scope:Replace an existing 500,000-gallon tank with a new 500,000-gallon tank ,Refurbish and repair an existing 100,000-gallon tank,Replace an existing water meter ,Construct a chlorinated water line ,Construct all appurtenances required by plans and specs. All questions must be answered and the data given must be clear and comprehensive. This statement must be notarized. If necessary, questions may be answered on separate attached sheets. The Bidder may submit any additional information he desires. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a cashier's check drawn upon a national or state bank, a negotiable U.S. Government bond (at par value), or a bid bond from a reliable surety company, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price, payable without recourse to the City of Seagraves, as a guarantee that the bidder shall enter into a contract and execute a performance bond and a payment bond within ten (10) days after notice of award of the contract to him. The notice of award of contract will be given by the City of Seagraves within ninety (90) days following the opening of bids. The right is reserved to reject any Bid where an investigation of the available evidence or information does not satisfy the Owner that the Bidder is qualified to carry out properly the terms of the Contract.
