Lift Station Refurbishment Project Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 1. Lift Station Refurbishment including two new 4 HP Pumps and Equipment 2. Electrical and Pump Controls System Refurbishment 3. 1141 LF of 10" Sewer by Direct-Bury or Pipe Burst Method (Base Bid) 4. 1963 LF of 10" Sewer by Direct-Bury or Pipe Burst Method (Alternate Bid) 5. Chain Link Fence at Lift Station (Alternate Bid) The deadline to ask questions is 9/08/2025 10:00 AM CST A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid [for those contracts that exceed $100,000]. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Seagraves or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of Seagraves reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by City of Seagraves for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
