Seagraves ISD Middle School and High School Re-Roofing and HVAC Improvements The Proposer agrees and understands that liquidated damages for this project will be assessed at $500.00 per day for each calendar day that the Work remains incomplete beyond the date specified for the completion of work. The Design Builder may waive any or all formalities and accept or reject any or all Proposals. The Owner shall have the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, to reject a Proposal not accompanied by a required proposal bid bond or by other data required by the Proposal Documents, reject a proposal that is in any way incomplete or irregular, and to waive all formalities. The Project consists of the Work on the Seagraves Middle School and High School Campus located at 1300 Ave in Seagraves, Texas. 1. The Work shall include, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing roof system and the installation of a new roof system as illustrated in the Contract Documents. Work shall also include the removal and replacement of existing rooftop HVAC units as illustrated in the Contract Documents., including all associated curbs, flashing, and reconnection of mechanical and electrical systems, as required for a complete and operational installation. 2. All permits necessary for the completion of the Work. Permits shall include, but are not limited to, all Federal EPA, State of Texas Commission of Environmental Quality and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan notices and permits plus City of Seagraves permits. 3. The Contractor shall provide a Storm Water Pollution Protection Plan (SWPP). 4. Procure all required and necessary City of Seagraves and State of Texas Certifications needed for the Owner's occupancy of the Project. 5. Provide appropriate "Background Checks" on any and all persons involved in the construction activities in a form acceptable to the Owner.
