The Suppliers scope of work is to provide 9.5 mm (3/8") clear chips to the District of Central Saanich as part of the District's Annual Chip Seal Road Maintenance Program. 18.1 All enquiries regarding this tender must be directed to Fernando Pimentel, Manager of Finance, via email to: purchasing@csaanich.ca. All questions should be received at least 5 (five) days prior to the closing time and date. 18.2 The District will not be responsible for, and the Tenderer shall not rely upon, information, instructions or clarifications given to a Tenderer other than in the form of a written addendum issued by the District. Without limiting the foregoing, any verbal representations, promises, statements or advice made by any employees of the District, other than that offered through the office of Purchasing Coordinator, should not be relied upon. Clear Chips, 9.5 mm (3/8") that must meet the following specifications when tested by means of laboratory sieves according to the District of Central Saanich
