The work includes, but is not limited to: mobilization, site clearing, demolition, earthwork, drainage work, synthetic field and base work, aspha lt, and concrete work, site restoration, planting and site cleanup. The project range for the base bid is $1,300,000 to $1,350,000, excluding Washington State Sales Tax.
