In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Demolishing and removing existing concrete around the basin perimeter and removing the existing basin impoundment Dredging and disposing of existing sediments and regrading the basin Removing existing pipe segments and reinstalling new inlets and outlets Restoring the site. The successful Bidder also must comply with all the provisions of (a) The Davis-Bacon Act, (b) Contract Work Hours Standard Act, (c) The Copeland Act (Anti-Kickback) and (d) Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Contract will be subject to the NEORSD policies and goals regarding the use of minority, women, and small business enterprises (MBE/WBE/SBE) and the USEPA Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. These policies are contained in the Contract Specifications.
