As per the Owner the project has been cancelled The Green Road Armory is a Readiness Center operated by the Ohio National Guard Adjutant General. Built in 1971, the 42,724 square feet (CAT Code 17180) (ASC: S15) Armory requires interior and exterior improvements that would support to the accomplishments of the OHARNG mission and enhance the quality of life for Ohio National Guard members, staff and visitors. The project scope is expected to consist of a building renovation and upgrades as required by code, restoration and sealing of exterior masonry and the necessary mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades to comply with the governing code requirements. The exterior improvements are expected to consist of ingress lighting and sidewalks, minor site drainage around building, repair or replace exterior stoops and slabs, signage and provide any needed safety features.
