Renovation of an office development in Bay City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

Office Window Replacement Removal and replacement of all exterior windows (35) with new energy efficient models of the same size and placement. Remove all existing windows/frames and disposal of same, openings to be prepped appropriately to accommodate new windows. Installation of new windows in a workman like manner to ensure proper seal and weather tightness. All trim work, interior and exterior, required to ensure a quality appearance after installation is complete. Removal of approximately 35 various sized windows from the block wall structure with aluminum coil stock trimming. o Prep opening and install insulation and/or trimming to accommodate new windows into each opening. o Low E2 w/Argon o Bronze Exterior o Bronze Interior o Jamb Extensions as needed for proper fit and seal o Each window should be properly installed using standard manufacturer recommended installation practices including flashing, foam insulation, caulk and utilize coil stock to match existing metal trim on outer surfaces of building. o Any interior trim that needs to be removed for demo of existing or installation of new windows should be replaced/repaired to previous condition. o Accurate measurements of each window replacement are the responsibility of the contractor and/or their representative
