Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA has a requirement for project 642-22-117 Campus Fire Protection install PIVs. This project consists of, but not limited to the following; providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required for installation of Post Indicator Valves (PIVs) Tamper/Flow Switch (TFS) per the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) specifications laid out in this SOW to the Corporal Michael J Crescenz Veterans Affairs Medical Center in accordance with the manufacturer s guidelines which will include the delivery, trenching, repair, connection and testing of the TSF at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz, VA Medical Center, 1900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be Between $25,000 and $100,000. Set-Aside Information: This solicitation is a 100% service-disabled veteran small business set aside (SDVOSB). The firm shall be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and the must be registered and current in the following websites: www.sam.gov and www.vetbiz.gov . Offerors shall ensure registrations in these websites are not expired and are correct, current and valid. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $36.5 Million. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held within two weeks after issuance of the solicitation. The exact date/time/location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation. The solicitation documents will be posted at the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about Feb 18 2022.
