The University of Utah (University) on behalf of University Neighborhood Partners is seeking a Custodial Service (Vendor). Proposed items or systems must be able to provide services as described in the attached scope of work and minimum specifications. Hallways, bathrooms, elevator, breakroom and headstart to be cleaned daily. Other rooms may be cleaned on a rotation schedule. Sweep steps to Hartland lower level monthly. Custodial supervisor must meet with the facility manager bi-weekly. Contract duration:1 year Contract renewal: 4 annual renewals Q & A deadline: May 23, 2022 7:00:00 PM EDT Questions regarding this IFB should be submitted through Periscope S2G The University reserves the right to award this bid to the lowest responsive and responsible Vendor who meets the minimum specifications listed in this bid document and on attachments "UNP_Hartland Center 1578 W SOW" and "UNP_Hartland House 1060 S SOW" At the University's option, bid alternatives may be considered as meeting specifications or rejected in full. The University reserves the right to conduct a financial responsibility analysis for responding Vendor. If vendor is unable to prove financial strength/responsibility, the University reserves the right to consider vendor's quote non-responsive. The University reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to waive any formality or technicality in any submittal, in the best interests of the University, while still complying with the Utah State Procurement Code. While it is the intent of the University to proceed with this appointment, this solicitation does not obligate the University to enter into a purchase and / or agreement.
