Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for paving for a educational facility; and for the addition of a educational facility.
Gramoll has been awarded a project and needs a steel fabrication and Steel erector. The project: phase 4B of the High Temp Water Seismic Upgrade project includes the demolition of existing offices on the west side, and the addition of a 1550 SF office area. Steel decking (SOD) and misc. parts from previous phases are already on site. We are looking for a company with an immediate opening in their schedule. Submittals would start next week; Erection of steel is slated for May 16 (see attached schedule). If you are interested, please get us a bid by Jan 25th at 9:00 AM.
