Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Vandenberg AFB, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The work shall be organized in two separate Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): CLIN 0001 shall be considered renovation/restoration, and will include design, procurement, demolition and installation of the obstacle course, fence, and obstacle course elements. CLIN 0002 shall be considered minor construction and will include design, procurement, and installation of the canopy over the obstacle course with integrated lighting. In a previous design effort, a 100% complete design was generated which could have been used as a Construction set to update the entire compound, which is demonstrated in the 100% Design analysis, and 100% Design Drawings and 100% Design Specifications attachments. However, due to funding limitations, this SOW outlines services to be performed for the Military Working Dog Obedience Course only, which is demonstrated in the 100% Design Analysis and 100% Design Drawings attachments. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is $1M - $5M. Prevailing wages apply. *Amendment 01, 02, 03 and 04 have been uploaded. *This Amendment provides: RFI Responses, CAD Files, SEC Files, and a 65% Design Geotech Report.
