Fencing off open holes during non-working hours Bidder to provide audit of inspection upon completion of project for school to follow. All trash and cleanup by awarded bidder School official able to walk project upon final completion of project The Elkton School District #5-3 does not pay Federal Excise Tax, under section 6416 of the Internal Revenue code, applicable to the above items.
