Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Big Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes road extension and utility improvements on Mechanic Street from Milton Avenue to a point 1,400 feet north. Work involves 8-inch watermain, 8-inch sanitary sewer, sand subbase, aggregate base, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, HMA surfacing, restoration, and all related work. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Big Rapids reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Big Rapids
