Renovation of a municipal facility in Airdrie, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 The removal and replacement with new of existing air handling units AHU-1, AHU-2, AHU-3, AHU-4, AHU-5 & AHU-6 including all supply fans, return fans, heating control valves, cooling control valves, heating isolation valves, and cooling isolation valves. .2 The removal and replacement of all existing VAV boxes with new. .3 Removal and replacement of all existing perimeter heating control valves .4 The removal of existing 'Delta' control system, including all electronic controllers, and replacement with new BMCS system. .5 Removal and replacement of all existing BMCS electronic sensors with new .6 Provide new DDC BMCS system to control: all new air handling units and associated dampers and coils, new VAV boxes, new heating control valves (perimeter heating and VAV reheat coils), and all existing BMCS controlled systems. .7 Provide power to new air handling units and new controls system as required.
