Renovation of a medical facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Repair Replace Roofs CMHIFL (Alleyway Improvements) The work scope as identified in this DQ for the alleyway between the cottages and the hospital buildings on the Fort Logan campus has cross connections and overlap with a couple of ongoing projects on the campus - The F cottages renovation and another ongoing project (Contract ID # 175341) adjacent to the cottages projects' work area. The scope of work was identified to align more with the other project. In the best interest of both projects, the scope of work is being transferred to the other project. Thus this scope of work is intended to be pulled out as a discrete scope and contracted thru the state process of a documented quote. The limits of work are delineated in the attached exhibit site plan. The scope is inclusive of all site work in the defined area inclusive of earthwork, final grading of alley way, asphalt paving as noted, concrete curb and gutter repairs and V-pan additions, structural repairs to the tunnel connecting F Cottages to the main campus tunnel, storm sewer modifications as required for routing, any associated underground utility and piping work as well as any associated site lighting.
