The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids for the demolition and disposal of two buildings: Thomas R Fulghum Center - 4003 Cogbill Road North Chesterfield, VA 23234 - a two story building constructed of masonry unit block and brick. Interior spaces are finished as administrative offices, resource rooms, classrooms, a cafeteria, kitchen, and auditorium.The total square footage is approximately 52,974 square feet. Residential Dwelling - 4001 Cogbill Road North Chesterfield, VA 23234 - one singlestory residential dwelling, a covered porch and two detached garage structures. The total square footage is approximately 3,183 square feet broken down as follows:Residential dwelling 1,487 square feet, garage structure 784 square feet, second garage structure 624 square feet, covered porch 288 square feet. This property alsoincludes an underground petroleum storage tank (UST) that is included in the demolition and disposal.
