Starbucks at the Crossing Renovation Any and all communication from bidders regarding specifications, requirements, competitive procurement process, etc., must be directed to the buyer as indicated in the Bid Contact Information section. Communication made with parties outside of Procurement may result in your solicitation response being disqualified; The last time/date to submit questions is 10:00AM CT on Friday, May 13, 2022. Email or fax questions to the Buyer as indicated in the Bid Contact Information section; The project shall begin after the issuance of the notice to proceed & purchase order; The desired project substantial completion is August 15, 2022. Thirty (30) days after substantial completion is final completion. Liquidated damages shall begin Tuesday, August 16, 2022 as stated in the General Contractual Requirements, retainage at 10%; Expected announcement of award is during the month of May 2022. This requirement may require UCM Board of Governors approval, which may delay the award announcement;
