Site work for a fitness / recreation center in Aurora, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
The Central Recreation Center Trash Enclosure project involves construction of a new trash enclosure. Work performed includes, but is not limited to the supply and installation of the following: Construct a 10 ft wide, 7 ft depth, 8 ft height CMU block with a stone veneer trash enclosure; New trash enclosure shall be 10-15 feet left of the existing enclosure to avoid distribution of natural gas line and easement; Metal gate to secure the dumpster; and Bollards to prevent dump trucks from backing into it. Work not specifically called out for but is needed to accomplish a successful project under this contact should be considered as part of the work to be performed.
