This was a letter of interest and not a formal solicitation that would be awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The purpose of this RFCP is to identify qualified teams and solicit project concepts to develop the following utility treatment plants in the near future to serve the growth needs within the Utility District service area: Taylor Dairy Road 2 MGD greenfield reverse osmosis water treatment plant Midway Road Vicinity 2 MGD greenfield reverse osmosis water treatment plant Taylor Dairy Road 2 MGD greenfield wastewater treatment/reclamation plant Midway Road Vicinity 2 MGD greenfield wastewater treatment/reclamation plant Holiday Pines 2 MGD brownfield wastewater treatment/reclamation plant expansion The goal of this solicitation is for the District to understand what innovative options may be available with respect to use of modular or pre-packaged plants to provide the shortest time to commence installation, the shortest time to complete installation and be ready for operation, and the most economical cost for complete installation, including financing, design, permitting, construction and or installation. NOTE: no contracts will be awarded as part of this RFCP. After consideration of the conceptual proposals received, the District may or may not determine to issue a subsequent Request for Proposals based on the conceptual proposals received. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
