Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Design plans call for site work for a power facility; for the construction of a medical facility; museum; restaurant; and theater / auditorium.
Redevelopment of the Toronto Power Generating Station. Planned scope to include: power station restoration; indoor and outdoor viewing areas; a museum and public art gallery; a theatre; a wellness and social spa; restaurants; a craft brewery; and event and programming space. TIMELINE: The Provincial Government has approved the Owner's redevelopment plans through an Order-in-Council November 2024. All due diligence phase requirements were completed fall 2024. The Niagara Parks Commission will retain ownership of the property and Pearle Hospitality will be the tenant. Planning is still very preliminary. Further update may be confirmed early 2026.
