Renovation of an educational facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
JE DUNN Construction, acting on behalf of the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities, on behalf of Minneapolis Community and Technical College, is soliciting qualification proposals from interested, qualified firms for the Bid of the MINNEAPOLIS COMMUNITY AND TECHNICAL COLLEGE MCTC-17-MANAGEMENT EDUCATION CENTER METRO BACCALAUREATE INITIATIVE project. The Management Education Center Metro Baccalaureate Initiative project at Minneapolis Community and Technical College is a total gut and renovation of floors 1, 2, and 4 of the combined Old and New Harmon buildings (collectively known as the Management Education Center, or MEC) and partial remodeling of floor 3. Mechanical and electrical infrastructure will be updated. PROJECT FUNDING IS PENDING 2022 MN STATE BONDING APPROVAL. ISSUANCE OF THE RFQ DOES NOT OBLIGATE MN STATE TO PROCEED WITH THE PROJECT.
