Site work for a water / sewer project in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of March 15, 2023, a design firm has been selected for the project. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project will include investigation and repairs of the sanitary sewer for Parole and PI office. Currently Parole's service runs south across North Dr and ties into the municipal system at the bottom of the hill. Currently PI Office's services ties into the municipal system in the lower west parking lot. Design options need to include updating existing services or tying both buildings into the campus sanitary sewer system. The construction budget for the project is $155,000, but be advised that this number is subject to change. The project will need to be designed and ready for bid advertisement by the October 2022. Construction is anticipated to occur in the 2023 construction season The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
