Renovation of a transportation facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The project includes replacement of an existing emergency generator and associated transfer switches. The new generator will be owner-furnished, contractor-installed. The remainder of the installation shall all be provided by the contractor. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. New transfer switches, panelboard, switchboards, conductors, raceway, and associated components shall be provided by the contractor for a complete and fully-functioning automatic emergency power distribution system. The building shall maintain emergency power throughout the duration of the project, with the exception of finite scheduled shutdowns approved by the Owner
