The City of Palestine (City) is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) for Chipseal Pavement Surface Treatment of Sanderson Farms Parkway Your qualification shall be governed by the following schedule: Wednesday, June 2, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time Deadline for inquiries, questions, or requests for information regarding RFP 2022-010; Chipseal Pavement Surface Treatment of Sanderson Farms Parkway. All questions must be submitted in writing by E-mail: pwadmin@palestine-tx.org. Communications: All communications regarding the submission of your qualification proposal are to be in writing directly to E-mail address: pwadmin@palestine-tx.org. Bid Proposals submitted by a vendor and/or contractor must be honored for a period of time not to exceed six (6) months. The City of Palestine reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submissions in the best interest of the City. Proposals cannot be altered or amended after the submission deadline. Any interlineations, alterations or erasures made before bid opening must be initialed by the signor of the proposal, guaranteeing authenticity
