$1.7 Mil (CTE Sports Med), $918,465 (CTE GIS), and $17.3 Mil (Future Construction) Pre-approved Contractors previously responded to the District's Request to Prequalify and for Statement of Qualifications ("RFPQ") for Preconstruction and Construction Services for Certain District Projects (Lease-Leaseback) solicitation, dated November 12, 2020 ("Groups F & G") ("Firm" or "Contractor" or "Proposer"). As indicated in the RFPQ, the District intends to award this Project utilizing the lease-leaseback delivery method.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process. No subcontractor may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
