The City of Fayetteville is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of one (1) 30-36 inch by 180 feet Truss Frame Conveyor to be used at the Biosolids Management Site (BMS). This bid is for the purchase of equipment only; Installation will be the responsibility of the City. Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated 229203 The City of Fayetteville encourages all qualified small, minority and women business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, City of Fayetteville encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority and women business enterprises. The City of Fayetteville reservesthe right to waive irregularities, to reject bids, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond ninety calendar days from the bid opening date.
