The Town of Longboat Key is currently seeking sealed bids from licensed General Contractors to develop an outdoor gathering area and park. Work will include excavating a master dry retention stormwater pond with outfall, addition of fill to elevate the site, pervious walkway system bounded by concrete ribbon curb with shell topping, a shell esplanade, drainage infrastructure, handicap accessible parking spaces, water and sewer service connections, electrical work and services, walkway lighting, landscaping and irrigation and construction of a pavilion.
