Approximate Central Coordinates: Latitude: 27.441443 North Longitude: 82.687028 West The Town of Longboat Key is currently seeking sealed bids from dredging contractors to dredge, transport, place, and shape up to 20,000 cubic yards of sand from Greer Island and 500 cubic yards of sand from Canal 1A area to portions of the Longboat Key, FL, Gulf of Mexico shoreline. The Successful Bidder shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the work described above, and shall perform all site preparation and restoration (as applicable), surveys, environmental monitoring, safety and security measures, permit compliance, tilling and final grading. ANY ACTUAL OR PROSPECTIVE BIDDER OR PERSON WHO IS ALLEGEDLY AGGRIEVED IN THE CONNECTION WITH THE SOLICITATION OR PENDING AWARD OF A CONTRACT MAY PROTEST TO THE PURCHASING MANAGER.
