Construction Management Services for a new library facility located within the Sarasota County portion of Longboat Key. Subject to further refinement of the project requirements, the facility will have base specifications determined by the County consistent with similar facilities throughout the system including circulation space, public technology use, larger community space, conference rooms, reading & collaboration spaces. The current proposed location for the project is owned by the Town of Longboat Key at 600 Bay Isles Rd., Longboat Key, Florida.
