The limits of the project are Cherry Street from Beach Drive to South Bonita. This project is funded by FDEP-SRF, which has an American Iron and Steel requirement. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bidders shall submit a Bid on a lump sum basis for the Base Bid and include a separate lump sum and unit prices for each Alternate Bid described in the Bid Form, if applicable. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract (if awarded) based on the base bid and any combination of bid item(s), whichever the Owner feels is in their best interest. The prime contractor shall have FDOT Certifications as described in the bid requirements.
