Construction of the J Elementary School (Fit Out/Interior Package) The project site is located at 641 Sunrise Boulevard, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936. We invite you to bid to us as a subcontractor for your particular trade. Scope Summary:
New Build of Elementary J, Fit Out/Interior Package Only. This is the new Amanecer Elementary School. This includes trades as follows: Millwork, Carpentry, Doors/Frames/HW, Overhead Coiling Doors, Flooring, Acoustical Ceilings, Acoustical Panels, Painting, Wall Treatments, Drywall/Framing/Stucco, Signage, Toilet Partitions & Bathroom Accessories, Fire Extinguishers and Cabinets, Folding Partitions, Flagpole, Lockers, Playground Canopy, Kitchen Equipment, Residential Appliances, Playground Equipment, Blinds, Curtains, Markerboards/Tackboards, Lab Casework, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical We will be conducting a non-mandatory pre-bid site walkthrough at a date and time TBD. All bidding correspondence and bid documents will be directed through Building Connected, where bidders can view and download all necessary information.
