Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Aubrey, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Mustang Special Utility District is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified construction firms to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) Services, necessary for the execution of the new MSUD Administration Office Building, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications. The project may be described as a two story 23,000 sf building, designed with conventional steel construction, metal studs and brick veneer, with a modified bitumen roof. The building is on a five-acre site and will include associated concrete drives, and parking, landscaping, drainage and utilities. The site is located in Denton county, near Aubrey, Texas on FM 2931 and is adjacent to the District's existing facility. The RFQ provides interested firms with the information necessary to prepare and submit their qualifications for consideration.
