This project will repair damaged guardrail sections that have been damaged by errant vehicles. This project will also remove vegetation growing within the roadway corridor that can block a driver field of vision. This project will repair erosion issues caused by drainage. This project will clean out clogged pipes resulting from flood conditions. Work will take place in the Katherine Landing and Willow Beach areas located in Arizona, and the Lakeshore and Northshore Roads in Nevada. a. This project is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS: 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, the small business size standard is $39.5 million. Contractors must be currently listed in the System for Award Management(SAM) as a Small Business for this solicitation's NAICS code. Those offerors not listed as a Small Business for NAICS 237310 may be deemed ineligible for further consideration for award. b. Award of this solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. c. Onsite construction shall be executed within 5 calendar days of notice to proceed. d. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000 e. Site visit is scheduled for Monday, May 16, 2022 at 10am Pacific Time. ii. Remove and replace 8 treated wood offset blocks.
iii. Remove and replace 6 sections of Corten W-beam guardrails.
