Springfield Utility Board (SUB) seeks a proposal from contractor to act as Design Build Professional for this Design-Build project and will coordinate the design, engineering and construction of this project. SUB's philosophical goals are to provide secure space for complete build-out of substation control enclosure, design for resilience and recovery from a natural disaster, and minimize maintenance and total owning cost for an 80-year lifecycle.
