The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for Lane County AFRC Exterior Painting and Sealing for the benefit of Oregon Military Department ("OMD"). The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The Project includes exterior painting of paintable walls and trim and sealing of brick and masonry walls for Building 3100, Building 3106, Building 3110, front entrance, and other structures located at the Lane County AFRC. All exterior painting, surface preparation, protection of existing surfaces, and warranties are to be provided in accordance with the technical specifications, drawings, and all requirements of the ITB. The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes only: $325,000.00 to $375,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
